I’ve spent over 20 years around founders and CEOs, helping them to understand what the next chapter looks like and how take their business to the next stage.
For the last 15 years, that’s been at Board level—seeing first-hand how decisions play out when there’s more at risk. I’ve also been a founder, worked closely within peer groups, and coached leaders through real situations, not textbook ones.
